Also, you will travel in a comfortable 4×4 vehicle or van equipped with air conditioning. The Merzouga desert is located approximately 8 hours and 19 minutes away (557.7 km). You will cover this distance over two days, and one day when you return to Marrakech. Comfortable transportation is essential for this journey.

The important aspect of this tour is the food. You will have a fresh and tasty dinner and breakfast, with more than four meals provided during the trip. However, lunches are not included in both private and shared.

They usually don’t speak any language other than a few basic words like “pictures” or “let’s go.” Therefore, if you make any stops, you won’t have a guide to explain the significance of the places to you.

You will not have a chance to stop anywhere you want, you will stop only in Aït Benhaddou Kasbah. The way from Marrakech to Merzouga desert has many things to see which are Ziz Valley, Todra Gorge, Atlas Studios, etc.

During the tour, you will be provided with dinner and breakfast. However, the dinner typically consists of only tajine and soup, while breakfast is minimal.

When you arrive in the desert, you will go to the standard camp by camel, you will make a stop in the dune to watch the sunset, and then continue to the camp. In the camp, there is no shower, and there is no place for the charger. you have only a shared toilet, and also you will sleep in the shred tent.

In the early morning before sunrise, you will do a camel trek back to the hotel, where you will see the sunrise on the way and have breakfast at the hotel. If you prefer not to return to the hotel by camel, you will need to pay $15 or $20 for a 4×4 desert car to take you back.

After breakfast, you will return to Marrakech, there is no stop on the way, you will stop only for lunch.
